In some Australian states, the two young brothers could be seized and their parents arrested the moment they come into the country. That's how much the legal and ethic minefield the business of Australians buying babies from Thailand has become. But is it right for lawmakers to turn Aussie couples into criminals simply because they want to have a family? Tim took his camera to Thailand for this Sunday Night investigation.
