Seaweed Days 2021 - Opening Ceremonies

The purpose of Seaweed Days is to expand consumers' acceptance of seaweed as a food product, to educate people on the environmental benefits of seaweed, and to leave participants feeling inspired to make a positive impact on the climate simply by inviting more seaweed into their lives!
We have a wonderful lineup of speakers for the Opening Ceremony, hosted by Karen Elgersma, who will set the tone for the inaugural Seaweed Days festival!
