Don’t develop your book idea on your own

A book idea gets stronger when you stop developing it alone.

That’s how Daria Rudnik moved from “I have something in my head” to “I have something in my hands that I can give to people.”

She talked to lots of authors.

She asked herself the questions that too many authors skip until after the book is published:

Who is this book for?
How will it help my business?
How will people reach out to me after they read it?
How will it help them?
How will it help me?

That is the value of an author community.

It helps you see the questions you didn’t know to ask.

It helps you think beyond the manuscript.

It helps you build the bridge between the book and the business before you publish.

Instead of “I’ll figure it out after the book is done”
Try “I’ll learn from authors who have already been through the process”

Because writing the book is one phase.

Knowing what the book is meant to do is the strategy.
