Ingredients:
For the Mango Layer
1 tsp gelatin (or Agar agar) (3 g)
2 tbsp Water
3 large Mangoes (1.5 cup pulp)
1/4 cup Sugar
2-3 tbsp Water

For the Cream layer:
3 cup Milk (reduce to 1 cup) (or 1/2 cup Milk + 1/2 cup Cream)
1 tsp gelatin (or Agar agar) (3 g)
2 tbsp Water
1/4 cup Sugar
2-3 tbsp Water
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract or Cardamom powder
