⛳️ यह व्याख्यान 'वर्तमान एवं अतीत संवाद श्रृंखला' का हिस्सा है। इस व्याख्यान में इस बात पर जोर दिया गया है कि कैसे जो बाइडेन के नेतृत्व में अमेरिका ने नई विश्व व्यवस्था के निर्माण की प्रक्रिया शुरू की क्योंकि रूस द्वारा समर्थित चीन मौजूदा विश्व व्यवस्था पर हावी हो गया है। इसके अलावा, आर्थिक और जलवायु संकट के साथ-साथ महामारी ने नव-उदारवादी आर्थिक व्यवस्था पर सवालिया निशान लगा दिया है।
नई विश्व व्यवस्था को चीन के खिलाफ एक नए शीत युद्ध की शुरुआत करनी है जैसे BRI बनाम B3W, निरंकुशता बनाम लोकतंत्र आदि। इसके अलावा, इस नई विश्व व्यवस्था के बारे में दर्शकों को अधिक समझने योग्य बनाने के लिए इतिहास के चश्मे के माध्यम से पिछले युग की विश्व व्यवस्था पर एक सरसरी निगाह दी गई है।

In this lecture, it has been tried to shed some light on how has USA under Joe Biden initiated the process of the formation of new world order as China, with the support of Russia, is gaining dominance over the existing world order. In addition to the above, economic and climate crisis, along with pandemic, has put a question mark on the existing neo-liberal economic order.
The new world order has to herald a new Cold War against China i.e. BRI versus B3W, autocracy versus democracy etc. Furthermore, in order to make this lecture more comprehensible and the new world order more understandable to the viewers, a cursory look has been given to world order in the previous era through the prism of history.
