Banana Bread Recipe
1/2c softened butter
3/4c sugar (you can make it to 1c if you want your banana bread to be a little bit sweeter)
2 eggs
2tsp vanilla
1c mashed overripe bananas (or you can add more if you want the bread to come out more moist)
1/2 buttermilk or fresh milk
2c all purpose flour
1tsp baking soda
1 1/2tsp baking powder
optional:
walnuts, chocolate chips, almonds etc...
