WY-680 Semi Automatic Cup Sealer Sensor Replacement

This video can apply to the Fully Automatic Cup Sealing Machine as well.

This video here will show you how to disconnect and reroute the sensor that is located on the right side of the machine. This sensor here is responsible for reading and loading in the next film roll into the machine. IF there are issues with the sensor, you may experience :

1. A constantly rolling of film that does not stop.

2. Sensor light does not turn on even if the black part of the film is on the sensor. ( Try loosening and tightening the screw inside the sensor to easily fix this before replacing the entire sensor )

This is a tutorial on how to physically replace this on the Semi Automatic Cup Sealer. The sensor is the one with the 3x wires on the back of the circuit board. You may disassemble the front/back of the machine to gain easier access to routing the cable through the machine.

We've opened it to clearly show you a better view on how the cable routes through the machine.
