This lovely patient came in with inflammation in the base of the nail. I lifted the nail and find that there was paronychia and some wound underneath the nail that needed to be drained. Therefore I decided to clean and drain the nail. I didn't perform nail surgery on this patient or remove the entire nail because this patient is only here for few days in London. He is on holidays from United States, so I did simple procedure for self dressing.
