THE IDIOTS HAVE RETURNED!!! Just like I knew they would. The first clip actually resulted in multiple calls to the police and we followed this man to his destination to hold him accountable for his actions since he did not have a license plate. Turns out he was past the required period of time to put a plate on his car and was driving illegally to begin with. Not to mention the fact that he almost killed people with his selfish little maneuver.
