PORK BELLY & GLAZE

2 lbs. Pork Belly (cut into 1/4" to 1/2" slices)
4 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 tsp. minced garlic
Salt to taste

*We prepped the glaze before hand by mixing the honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce and minced garlic. Set aside.

Bring griddle to medium/low heat (top part of low on the burner). Once heated, place the pork belly slices on the griddle. Salt liberally. Let cook 2-3 minutes until it begins to brown. Turn each piece and cook the back side for an addional 2-3 minutes until it begins to brown (you can add salt to this side as well, which is what we did). Continue cooking and flipping, until each piece is browned as desired. Brush on the glaze, and then flip the pork belly to brush glaze on to the other side. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes to help the glaze caramelize (but not burn!). Pull from the griddle, serve and enjoy!
