Rapid City, Pierre, and Eastern: In the Month of May

Filmed different days in May 2025.
It had the last month of spring as trains of the Rapid City, Pierre, and Eastern continued to pull freight. For those who may or may not know, the railway that once ran through here was the Chicago and Northwestern until the mid-1990s. While the line has gone through different ownerships since then, the Rapid City, Pierre, and Eastern currently runs the line to this day. The video shows the usual freight trains, including sunny weather or cloudy days. There is even a rare shot or two including travelling over a bridge before the New York Street crossing.
