Earthshaker is one of the top support heroes at the moment because he can help the offlaner get a kill in the early game, he can roam mid, and block offs can make kills happen in the early game. Though his stun is a low duration stun, it does pretty good damage for a level 1 ability, and he's very useful even if he's underleveld.

If you do really well in the early game, you can pick up a fast blink dagger, but some games you need to be really greedy later to try and catch up if you had a bad early game.

Once you get blink, you should look to set up kills, chain stun carries during teamfights, and get ganks off.

This game I went a really weird skill build due to being against a Huskar. If I have all my points in magic nukes I won't be able to kill him. The same kinda goes for the SF. You get more solo kill damage out of your second skill, where as your fissure and aftershock provide aoe magic. If I want to solo kill I need Enchant Totem levels.
