The Achilles Midsubstance SpeedBridge™ implant system combines the strength of SutureTape with SwiveLock® anchors for a strong,1,2 knotless Achilles repair. The PARS (percutaneous Achilles repair system) technique or a traditional repair may be used on the proximal Achilles. The suture is then passed percutaneously through the distal Achilles and anchored with knotless fixation into the calcaneus.
