This TV Licence goon tries to read someone their rights as if he is an officer of the law. He ends up getting owned and looking rather stupid..

A television license is NOT mandatory or against the law not to have one. It is legislation that requires you to consent to be charged by the BBC by way of contract. People only get prosecuted when they enter a contract and agree to pay, then refuse when you have already obligated your commitment to pay.
