DataArt Care Companion - a complete patient engagement solution for children and their families

Engaging kids in health decisions is a much more difficult task than it is with an adult. It is twice as difficult when in comes to managing chronic conditions like diabetes for outpatients.

With that in mind, we developed a prototype for a complete patient engagement solution that helps young patients recover faster, by guiding them and their family members throughout the treatment, providing comprehensive information about child’s state, and monitoring their progress, helping them adapt to new life-changing conditions, as well as maximizing health outcomes by self-education.

The solution consists of two applications - one for the child, one for the parents.
