Self control is tough, but when you form discipline in the small decisions, it becomes easy to gain control of every aspect of your life. We seek motivational videos, we source music to get us pumped up, but we are in control of it all, we just need to pay attention to the small stuff.

Friday Thoughts will be me throwing my perspective on something out into the open. Maybe it sticks with someone, maybe it doesn't, but it will give transparency and detail my thought process for a better understanding of who I am.
