NEW MTB TRAILS AND HUGE JUMPS - THE BEST BIKE PARK IN THE UK?

New MTB trails and huge jumps - The best bike park in the UK? I ride the Isle of Wight cycle centre and try the fast MTB trails, huge flowing jump lines, north shore skinnies and the slopestyle trick jump! What would you ride?

I make my way over the the Isle of Wight bike park with a selection of professional mountain bikers including Tom Isted and Sam Hodgson to have a week of shredding all the new and improved downhill and enduro trails the park has to offer. We start the day off by riding the new red line which has a series of smaller table top jumps and even a small wood chip landing jump to practise tricks on and learn basic jump skills. After shredding the smaller jumps and doing some BMX style tricks it was time to test the new huge jump line which has to crabapple hits style jumps at the bottom which you hit at full speed. From here we check out the slopestyle training jump which is massive and perfect for throwin down massive tricks on, and of course we all got carried away and the session went off! After some big tricks and crashes we decided to move over to the newest part of the bike park which is home to the north shore skinny trail which was a personal favourite of mine and the place where we saw the biggest crash of the trip. After getting over the sight of such a big crash we then test out a few more new trails which were mind blowingly fun before ending what was an amazing session on our enduro mountain bikes. I was riding the Ghost Slamr and the video was filmed all on GoPro HERO 9!
