Flash drive Locations - Interchange NOT included (Escape from Tarkov - Patch 12.6)

I have recently been asked where I find flash drives other than Interchange. In my opinion Interchange is the best location to find flash drives, however there are a lot of other locations scattered around the maps where you could find a bounty of flash drives. The best locations at times are not in PC's.
