Sen. Moody Criticizes CCP Influence Threatening America, Highlights Stop CCP Visas Act

Senator Ashley Moody discussed the Chinese Communist Party’s influence in America and shared information on her Stop CCP Visas Act in a joint hearing between the Senate Aging Committee and the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party. Her remarks and question, directed at hearing witness and businessman Kevin O’Leary, reflected the fact that the Chinese Communist Party has forced Chinese nationals, including students, to participate in intelligence gathering and foreign espionage to benefit their military against the United States. Her legislation, the Stop CCP Visas Act, would halt student visas for nationals of the People Republic of China.
