Ukraine vs Russia war explained

Ukraina and Russia are fighting now. This is catastrophy for World. Nobody will support Putin's policy and his decisions.
Kazakhstan keeps multivectoral policy and pluralism. Kazakhstan supports and promotes Peace. Kazakhstan won't support Russian agression. However, NATO expansion is also illegal and it is not right at all. NATO should not expand and locate their troops along Russian borders. They are causing these aggresive actions from Russia.
For example, If Russia located its troops in Mexico, what would USA say? Of course they would be against it and here Russia is trying to recover its geopolitical advantages through War.
