In Italian Real Estate... big isn't always an option. Even more so with 1 euro homes. When I stumble across the biggest 1 euro home... 2 euro home in this case... that I've ever seen, it makes me wonder what's wrong with it.

The difference between Sambuca of Sicily's homes and other community's is that they are being auctioned off and not sold to the first buyer that passes. It makes you wonder.. what is someone willing to pay for a property in these conditions?
