Get ready with me while I explain the important Supreme Court case Obergefell v. Hodges. This is the 2015 case which ruled that bans on same sex marriage are unconstitutional. In early October, Justices Thomas and Alito issued a statement indicating that this case and the right to marry whomever you love is in jeopardy, much like many of our rights because this place is a trash fire!
