Gordon Berken of Paul Davis Restoration gives everyone a breakdown of how concrete homes are built in Florida.

Berken holds a B.A. degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Fl. and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University in Miami, Fl.

He spent ten years as an executive in the New home/community construction from 1992 to 2005. He was instrumental in the building of over 20 master planned communities. This included over 10,000 homes, condos, and townhomes throughout the state of Florida.

Paul Davis has served customers in Broward County since 1985. Berken acquired Paul Davis Restoration in 2006. Berken and his staff are certified from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in water, fire, smoke and mold damage restoration. He has more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction as well as remodeling.

Berken has been a resident of south Florida since 1970. His office enjoys customer service rankings in the top 5% of the industry, is a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) since 1992, and was awarded the “Life Spike” award by the NAHB. Berken is a former member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association, and his pedigree as a seasoned home builder native to South Florida is impressive.
