Base layer paint (Homebase Pure Brilliant White Silk)

Mixed pigments and tube paints with 3 parts valspar untinted base C, 1 part polycrylic

Other Bloom Recipes that I use:

3 parts valspar wood and metal v700 base c
1 part Polyurethane gloss varnish (jo sonja or folk art)
or

3 parts vivid enamel
2 parts polycrylic or polyurethane varnish
