1million car&motorbike theft gang jailed, and cop killer dies in prison.

A group of men has been convicted for stealing nearly £1 million worth of cars and motorcycles in Coventry.

Jason O'Farrell, Kian O'Shea, Deacon Cumberbatch, Tyrone Henn, and an 18-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons were involved in the theft and resale of vehicles between 2022 and 2023.

The gang primarily targeted luxury cars and motorbikes, carrying out a series of burglaries and violent carjackings. Piran Ditta Khan spent almost 20 years evading justice for his role in the killing of PC Sharon Beshenivsky, who was shot while responding to a robbery in Bradford on November 18, 2005.

In May 2023, Khan was sentenced to life in prison for her murder, becoming the final member of the gang responsible for the crime to be convicted.

A spokesperson for the Prison Service confirmed his death, stating: "HMP Wakefield prisoner Piran Ditta Khan died on Friday, February 21. As with all deaths in custody, the Prison and Probation Ombudsman will investigate."

PC Beshenivsky was murdered on her daughter's fourth birthday while attempting to stop an armed raid at Universal Express, a family-run travel agency in Bradford, West Yorkshire.........................please watch thank you.................
