BMW Electrical Problems, Windows Will Not Raise Or Lower, Outside Mirror Moves On Its Own

BMW outside mirror moves on its own at times and windows on all doors are intermittently inoperable. My video demonstrates the problem and shows what is causing this strange electrical malfunction. This same problem is related to the outside mirrors losing their memory position.
