Realme GT 5G | Unboxing & Full Tour

Unboxing the Realme GT 5G, that 2021 flagship smartphone which hasn't made it to the UK/Europe yet, with a hands-on review of the gaming chops, camera tech and other features.

Boasting a Snapdragon 888 chipset and Vapor Chamber cooling, the Realme GT 5G can cope with any Android game out there. The camera tech isn't as advanced as some flagships, with no telephoto lens for instance, but it can capture detailed everyday snaps. And that Super AMOLED screen is sharp and punchy.

However, because this was an import, I had to install Google Play myself - and there's no support for Netflix streaming etc yet. Battery life is respectable but not the best around, while Realme UI is packed with bonus features on top of Android 11.
