We use a foam roller to release, massage, and mobilize the entire body in this easy, yet effective Full Body Flow Foam Roller Pilates Routine; it will stretch the shoulders, work the center, and strengthen the legs, mobilize and stretch the spine, and leave you feeling strong, energized, and rested.
Foam rolling is a form of self-myofascial release (SMR). It can aid in the relief of muscle tension, discomfort, and inflammation, as well as the expansion of the joint range of motion. Foam rolling can be a useful addition to your warm-up or cool-down routines, both before and after exercise.
