How to get super loud turbo flutter with these easy steps.

In this quick video, I will show you how to get super loud VL style turbo flutter. *Demonstration purposes only* Note that this "may" cause damage to the turbo. And for a car that runs a MAF, it could cause some issues regarding fueling and may trigger a CEL. Some cars will even go into limited performance mode. This is also known as limp mode.
It's also worth noting that it should have a filter for some sort at the end of the pipe. Running with no filter will probably wear the turbo out faster than letting it flutter.

Car used for this experiment is a Saab 9000 with a 2.3 turbocharged engine. Turbo is a TD04HL-15T, so it is a pretty small turbo. The Saab 9000 uses a MAP sensor instead of a MAF, so this won't cause any issues on this engine management system.
