How Many Controller Paddles Do You Need?

I've featured many pro controllers on the channel in the past year, but I've always had one question about them. What are the differences between using 2 paddles, as opposed to something like 3 or 4? So today we'll be discussing the pros and cons of using 2, 4, and 6 paddles on pro controllers like the Elites, the Wolverines, and more.
