It was not a concert, it was a party Dec. 31, 2008. The last show of the 2008 Arena tour at Philadelphia on New Years Eve at the Painted Bride Arts Center, sponsored and wrangled by RundgrenRadio.com honchos Cruiser Mel and Unca Doug.
