The plan includes the release of 28 Israeli hostages—both living and deceased—in exchange for 1,236 Palestinian prisoners and the remains of 180 Palestinians. While Israel has accepted the proposal, Hamas is reviewing it, expressing concerns over unmet demands such as a permanent ceasefire and Israeli troop withdrawal. The ceasefire would also allow for the immediate delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
