How I Lost 89 Pounds Part I

Back in 2007 I lost 89 pounds in 11 months. 70 of my 89-pound weight loss was in the first six months. In all honesty, losing weight became a game and I lost too much. Today, I weigh 137 pounds which means that I have maintained a 77-pound weight loss for the past 6 years. Part I is about the exercise and Part II is about the food.
