Triple Pinwheel Tower Card

Hi Everyone! Today we're making a Triple Pinwheel Tower Card, which is a variation on a previous post, the Pinwheel Tower Card. They are very similar, but the Triple Pinwheel Tower Card has more pinwheels along the center tower.
