Episode 7 - English for Cashiers

Find out how Aisha was able to share confidently about the promotional items with the customers, and how she was able to help them look for various supermarket items due to an improved reading ability. In addition, she helped her colleague deal with an angry customer in English calmly. At home, because she has improved in her English skills, she could now read stories to her children!

This is part of a series of eight videos that features how five workers from different sectors struggled initially at their workplaces because of a lack of English skills, and how they performed better at their jobs after learning English.
