Black GARLIC BUTTER RECIPE or BUTTER GARLIC.... Herb butter, homemade garlic butter (day 19 of 101)

This garlic butter recipe is TASTY & EASY AS __ to make. You can combine Black Garlic puree or Black Garlic peeled cloves with any herbs growing in your garden or bought from the supermarket, that are sitting in your fridge or spice rack. They’ll all taste & look good mixed with BG.

I could create 101 recipes alone using black garlic butter by mixing up the herbs & cooking different vegetables or meats.

In this recipe I picked 4 different herbs growing in my garden, then randomly picked 2 to mix with black garlic!
The benefits of using Black Garlic Butter over White Garlic Butter are.
- You don’t get bad breath
- You create exciting colour combinations
- You can vary the texture by using cloves or puree
- Its easier to make, because black garlic doesn’t need to be cooked (its already been cooked for 4 weeks, then peeled for your convenience).
BUT
- There’s no rule saying you can’t use both white & black garlic to create your herb butter.

Top Tip: parsley is a popular choice if you're using raw white garlic because it can help reduce bad breath….
In this homemade garlic butter recipe, I have used:
Unsalted butter, rosemary, chives, black garlic peeled cloves & black garlic puree - spread on toast.

You can use this herb butter to create: Garlic butter sauce
- For Steak, Seafood & Pasta.

You can also use the butter garlic to cook vegetables:
- Bok Choy, chard, kale or water crest.
- Asparagus or brussel sprouts.
- Eggplant, tomatoes or mushrooms.
- Roast Vegetables – turnip, radish or potatoes.
