Homemade cnc lathe

First moves of my old mini lathe transformed into cnc, at first i wanted to rebuild all the bed but the stock is hard as rock so it's better for this project. I'm very happy with it, i'm just Waiting for the chip covers then i'm gonna calibrate the motors . No plans or drawings, everything was done as ideas came up to my head. As Soon as i install the chip covers i'm gonna measure precision .
