Bread & Butter Aftermovie

If I'm a great home cook, should i open my own restaurant? What makes for a happy kitchen? How has social media impacted food journalism? Is nutrition and wellness more than a rising trend?

If you didn’t know already, late last month, we hosted Bread & Butter to help add value to the broader community that is interested in food and beverage. What was great learning for us, was getting to see how Dysco's core values are embodied even within the F&B industry. Community building, quality curation, following your passion, and sustainable innovation. We were wonderfully overwhelmed by the energy and enthusiasm in the room (actually across three floors of WeWork BKC). Despite the heavy downpour and the evening cricket match, we saw over 400 people take part through the entire day - including 60 participants, 3 workshops, 18 talks and panels, 15 F&B stalls, over 15 participants in our Clients and Collaborators Fair and god knows how many new connections made.

We've recorded all the talks and panels end-to end, and will be uploading them to our Gallery on our website, so keep an eye out.
