After outscoring Golden State, 40-16, in the 4th quarter, the Celtics defeated the Warriors in Game one, 120-108. Al Horford led the way for the Celtics with 26 points (9-12 FG, 6-8 3pt FG), six rebounds and three assists, while Jaylen Brown (24 points, seven rebounds, five assists), Jayson Tatum (12 points, Playoff career-high 13 assists) and Derrick White (21 points, 5-8 3pt FG) added a combined 57 points in the victory. Stephen Curry led all scorers with 34 points (7-14 3pt FG), five rebounds and five assists for the Warriors.
