So here is the authentic recipe for foil chicken or Sauce Chicken .

Ingredients

Foil Chicken or Sauce Chicken

Soak 10 big chicken pcs with 3 cups water and 2tsp baking powder.
Soak for 30 mins.
Strain the water rinse with clear water . Again Strain and keep aside

Now marinate these 10 chicken pcs with
3 tbsp gg paste
Salt acc to taste
2 n a half tsp chopped green chilli
2 n a half tsp zeera pwd
2 n a half tsp dhania pwd
1 n a half tbsp red chilli pwd
1 n a half tbsp tandoori masala
1/4 tsp red food colour
Mix well
Keep aside for an hour

For gravy

5 tbsp oil
First take 80 gms kaju then make a fine paste of it
6 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp amul butter
