Exercise Progression for Patellar Tendon Pain (Tendinitis, Tendinosis, Tendinopathy)
Patellar tendinopathy presents as pain on the front of the knee due to overload (running, jumping, squatting) of the quads and patellar tendon. This video demonstrates exercises for strengthening the quads and patellar tendon plus progressions for returning to running or jumping sports.
