Message from Joe, Azores (Portugal) to his family living near Boston, MA.

I really hope this message will reach its goal. Joe had been living for 31 years in the US. He simply wants to get news from his family with whom he's lost contact since 2001. I realised there's a huge Portuguese community living in Boston and outskirts; many of them from the tiny Azores islands. As Joe said in previous video : "there must be hope and faith".
Someone could help me to translate this video message into English or French? Thanks a lot.
