Inside Out Stuffed Cabbage

To make this you will need:
about a pound and a half of ground beef
1 head of cabbage cut up
1 onion diced
1 green bell pepper diced
5 cloves of garlic diced
1 cup of rice
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
6 rashers of bacon
1 bottle of beer 12 oz
32 oz beef broth
2 cans of diced tomatoes 14 oz each
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon of thyme
1 tablespoon oregano,
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon paprika
salt, and pepper to taste.
Cook the bacon and add onion and green pepper. Add garlic. Brown beef, add spices, add tomatoes and tomato paste
cook a while, and add beer,put the cabbage in and cover with beef broth. Cook until cabbage is tender, eat and enjoy!
