Hi everyone today I prepared shrimp with sorrel leaves this is famously known as royyalu gongura in telugu.
To make this recipe you need following ingredients

INGREDIENTS
gongura
marinated prawns (1/2 kg , 500 grmas)
onion-1
tomatoes-2
red chili-4
dried red chilis-4
curry leaves
garlic clove-7
1tsp mixed spices (mustard, cumin, dried red chili seeds)
tamarind small piece
0il-3 table spoon
salt
red chili powder
turmeric
coriander, cumin powder( jeera dhaniya powder)
