Who is the real leader at McLaren: Piastri or Norris?

Oscar Piastri stunned everyone in Bahrain, qualifying on pole and winning the race by 15.5 seconds, even with a late safety car. This was already his second win of the season, and he overtook Lando Norris, who won the first race.
