Who says Going Interplanetary is Hard? KSP v1.11 Tutorial

Here I teach the basic method for going to other planets, using a craft you're likely to use in Career Mode. Some steps may be different from more popular tutorials because of new maneuver node features added in recent updates. These steps should work fine for any destination, just requiring different amounts of delta-v for each step. It's pretty much what I do when I speedrun KSP since it's very reliable.
