Ipe Box with Birch Plywood Top and Bottom

This is my first attempt at making a wooden box. The sides are made from scrap pieces of Ipe with Oak splines. The top, bottom and lining are made of Birch plywood. The inside of the box is finished with MinWax Wipe On Poly while the exterior is finished with Arm-R-Seal Satin finish. No stains were used. I made many mistakes but learned a lot.
