Spout Cam: Live From the Shores of Lake Erie - Lake City, PA

The Spout Cam is a new edition to our YouTube and features a live stream from a gracious host along the southern shores of Lake Erie. The camera's location is approximately 15 miles to the west of Erie, PA. The camera is attached on an outside screened porch and is a fully PTZ camera. The camera looks to the NNW and is on top of a 100 ft bluff.

The camera is named "Spout Cam" because the plans for this camera is to view waterspouts remotely. It's impossible to be every where at once and this camera helps to cover an area of shore line where spouts have been frequently viewed in the past. Typical spout season is the middle of July through mid November (sometimes into winter).
