Mini Cheese Cakes// How To Make Mini Cheesecake

Hey loves!

Welcome back to my channel. Today I am making mini cheesecakes. I hope you guys enjoy this one.

Cheesecake Filling Ingredients (all at room temperature)
Two 8 oz blocks cream cheese (16 oz all together) {In the video I say two 16 oz but I meant two 8 oz to equal 16 oz.}
2/3 c sour cream
2 large eggs
2/3 sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Crust Ingredients
1 1/2 packages of graham crackers (about 2 cups)
5 tbsp light brown sugar
½ cup unsalted melted butter
Lined cupcake pan
