Replace under sink shut off valve

The shut off valves under a sink are there for an emergency or when replacing the faucet. What happens when the valve doesn't shut off completely or it leaks? In this video I will show you how to replace that valve with a new 1/4 turn ball valve. These new valves are more reliable than the older multi-turn washer type.
